WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Processing Time

Our current processing time is between 2-3 weeks. We do however take rush orders, so if you need something sooner please reach out to us prior to placing an order to make sure we can meet your date (info@thehoovlerhouse.com).

 Shipping

  • We ship anywhere in the United States!

  • Most orders ship via USPS, with some exceptions for larger orders, which would ship via UPS.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping (*possible delays due to weather, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances)

  • When your order ships, you will receive an email to track your order

 

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS/DAMAGE/LOST IN THE MAIL

Returns

Due to the customizations of our signs, we do not accept returns, but if there is something wrong with your order upon arrival, please reach out to us right away to see how we can best help you. Customer satisfaction is very important to us!

Cancellations

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept cancellations once we have started making your order.

Damage

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We want to make things right and make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order.

Lost in the Mail

In the case of a lost or stolen package, please contact and file a claim with the shipping carrier. The Hoovler House is not responsible for any lost or stolen mail.
